Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RapVideo AI ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

RapVideo AI generates short rap videos from a photo and a text prompt using third-party AI models (Seedance 2.0 via SeeAPI). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

Credits & Billing

• The service is prepaid via credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.
• Rendering costs depend on the parameters you choose (resolution, duration); the exact cost is shown before you submit and charged server-side.
• Failed renders are never billed: if a render fails, the prepaid credits return to your balance automatically.
• Payments are processed by Waffo (and, where enabled, other payment providers). Taxes may apply.
• Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase where permitted by law; credits already consumed by successful renders are non-refundable.

Photos, Likeness & Content Rules

• You may only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in the generated video.
• Do not upload photos of minors without a guardian's consent.
• Do not use the service to impersonate real people (including celebrities) in misleading or deceptive ways, to harass, defame, or sexualize anyone, or to create unlawful content.
• Input photos are handled per the Privacy Policy (deleted 7 days after the render).

Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. As between you and us, you own the generated videos and may use and post them as you see fit, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your inputs solely to operate the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, resell rendering capacity without written permission, abuse rate limits, circumvent billing, or use automated means to mass-create accounts.

Availability & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI generation is probabilistic: results vary and we do not guarantee any particular artistic outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
